Five months on from a major transition in our aftermarket parts supply, Landlogic is proud to reflect on the strong momentum and success achieved following our partnership with GRANIT PARTS.
After the announcement of Vapormatic ceasing operations, we moved quickly to secure a long-term solution for our customers—one that not only maintains continuity but enhances the level of service, product availability, and support we can provide to the New Zealand market.
Today, that decision is proving to be the right one.
A Strategic Step Forward
Our agreement with GRANIT PARTS, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of agricultural spare parts and workshop equipment, marked a significant step forward for Landlogic and our customers.
To support this transition, CEO Alan Cottington and Group Inventory & Warehouse Manager Scott Eastwick attended the International Sales Conference (ISC) in Europe last September. This provided valuable insight into GRANIT’s global operations, supply chain strength, and long-term vision—reinforcing confidence in the partnership from day one.
Building Momentum in New Zealand
Since then, the rollout of GRANIT PARTS in New Zealand has progressed rapidly.
- The GRANIT NZ webshop was successfully launched mid September, giving customers streamlined access to an extensive catalogue, freight cost transparency and improved ordering experience.
- The introduction of a FedEx drop ship service direct from Germany to our customers door has significantly expanded our ability to deliver parts quickly and efficiently, giving access to GRANIT’s assortment of over 14 million articles and reducing downtime for our customers.
- First stock arrivals landed in January, marking the beginning of local availability across key product lines.
These developments have enabled Landlogic to deliver a more responsive and scalable aftermarket solution than ever before.
Expanding Our Reach
A key focus has been strengthening our presence across the country.
We are excited to welcome Wayne Stephens, who joined Landlogic last month as our first North Island Sales Representative. Wayne’s appointment marks an important milestone in extending our direct support and service capability to customers throughout the North Island.
In the South Island, Caleb Struthers and Sam Mullen have successfully transitioned into their Sales Representative roles, bringing energy, expertise, and strong customer relationships to the team.
Together, this growing sales network ensures we are well positioned to support customers nationwide with both GRANIT PARTS and our wider product offering.
Supporting Industry Growth
Despite the challenges of supplier change, the past five months have demonstrated strong resilience and continued growth across our customer base.
The combination of a world-class supplier, improved logistics, and an expanding team has allowed Landlogic to not only maintain service levels—but enhance them.
Looking Ahead
This transition represents more than just a change in supplier—it’s a long-term investment in the future of Landlogic and the industries we serve.
With GRANIT PARTS, we now have access to one of the most comprehensive aftermarket catalogues in the world, backed by robust logistics and digital tools. As we continue to build stock, expand our network, and refine our systems, our focus remains clear:
Delivering reliable, efficient, and high-quality parts support to keep our customers moving.
We’d like to thank our customers for their continued support throughout this transition and look forward to building on this strong foundation in the months ahead.
