On 16 September 2025, the GRANIT-Parts New Zealand webshop went live. With it began a new chapter for Landlogic, our customers and our partnership with GRANIT.
Twelve months later, we’re taking a moment to celebrate. There have been containers to unpack, new systems to learn, customers to visit and plenty of parts to find. It’s been a busy first year — and one we’re incredibly proud of.
Above all, it’s been a year made possible by people who backed us.
From a new beginning to a busy first year
Following the announcement of Vapormatic’s closure, securing the future of our aftermarket parts business became an immediate priority. Our customers needed continuity, and we wanted a partner that could help us build for the long term.
The partnership between Landlogic and GRANIT opened that door.
Launching a brand takes more than switching on a website (although that in itself was a monumental effort by the GRANIT team to build and launch the NZ webshop in less than 90 days!). It means introducing customers to a new range, learning different ways to search and order, and turning a global supply network into something useful for a workshop with a job waiting to be finished.
Our team and customers have embraced that challenge together.
From Germany to Rolleston — and out to the trade
One of the standout moments came in January 2026, when our first GRANIT container arrived at our Rolleston warehouse. Seeing those parts unpacked, on the shelves and available for local dispatch made the next stage of the partnership very real.
Further shipments followed. Alongside local stock, the FedEx drop-ship service from Germany gave customers another way to access the wider GRANIT range.
June brought another highlight: Landlogic’s first appearance at National Fieldays, with GRANIT taking centre stage. It was a chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet new customers and show the range in person. Those conversations were a reminder of why we do this: helping the trade find the parts and equipment they need to keep their customers working.
A partnership with people behind it
To the GRANIT team: thank you for making Landlogic feel part of the family from day one. The welcome we’ve received from the Fricke family and the wider GRANIT organisation has been something special. From the moment you step through the doors in Heeslingen, you feel the pride, the energy and the shared determination to succeed. It’s a family atmosphere that reaches all the way to New Zealand.
A special thank you to Export Manager Lennart Bockelmann for his commitment to overseeing the New Zealand project, and to the Export and Logistics teams whose daily support helps turn our plans into parts arriving at our customers’ doors. To every manager and employee who has helped us along the way — sharing knowledge, answering questions, finding solutions and keeping things moving — we’re grateful for the part you’ve played.
You’ve welcomed us, backed us and shared our enthusiasm for what we can achieve together. We’re proud to be part of the GRANIT family and excited to build on this first year with you.
To our Landlogic team: a massive thank you. Behind every milestone has been a lot of work — learning products, helping customers, organising freight, receiving stock, picking orders and getting out on the road. The effort, adaptability and care you’ve put into this first year deserve to be celebrated.

Here’s to year two
Our focus remains on supporting New Zealand’s dealers, workshops, mobile mechanics and parts businesses with the products and service they need.
