The Freshfilter Over-Pressure Systems are available in three different models. All using the same filtration technology and control systems, the differences between the systems depends on your packaging needs or conditions. FF Tube – Freshfilter’s FFTube is the most compact system with a diameter of only 350 mm, yet provides high filter capacity. This is the most compact cab air quality system on the market. It is therefore ideally suited where mounting space is restricted and popular on compact excavators. FF M10 – The Freshfilter FF M10 system is a universal system for all types of on and off-road machines. The limited height of only 205mm makes it ideal for installation on the roof almost every vehicle. The cover can be painted to match your vehicle making it aesthetically pleasing. The most popular model for tractors, trucks and skid steers. FF Multibox – The FFMultibox has the largest filter capacity due to a patented air suction. It is therefore ideally suited to the most extreme work environments where maximum operator protection is required. It is the most used cab air quality system on excavators, wheel loaders and dumpers.
Filters
Freshfilter Filters Always In Stock – Overpressure filters from Freshfilter are always in stock and can be delivered quickly. Equipped With Stickers – This sticker ensures that you can see in which order and how the filters should be placed in the overpressure system. Filter Advice – Landlogic are able to assist with the correct filter selection for your specific application in consultation with the Freshfilter Safety Expert in the Netherlands. Timely Replacement Of Filters – To ensure the working environment is kept clean: dust filters (P1, P2 or P3) should be replaced every 6 months, and carbon filters should be replaced be every 13 weeks.
Controllers
Freshfilter develops and produces the controlling systems for the overpressure systems itself. This ensures that every system is fully up-to-date and meets the latest restrictions. More importantly, it relieves the operator completely in the field of personal protection. The control systems have been developed in such a way that the systems can perform their work fully automatically, without interaction, and timely inform about potential dangers. This prevents expensive downtime and ad-hoc work on location. Developed specifically for seamless integration with Freshfilter overpressure systems, the controlling systems ensure that every system is always up-to-date and meets the latest restrictions and requirements. They also relieve the operator of any manual monitoring requirements in the field. The control systems have been developed in such a way that they perform their work automatically and autonomously, providing timely notifications about potential dangers to working conditions and preventing expensive downtime and ad-hoc work on location.
