Vario 400 Vineyard Pre-Pruners

KMS Rinklin Vario 400 Vineyard Pre-Pruners are available with cutting heads from 5 pairs of stars to 12 pairs of stars. Each cutting head is driven by a separate hydraulic motor. The robust knives, made of stainless cutlery steel, move in such a way that it is impossible to cut through the wires.  

Available with a range of KMS mast options or adapter to fit other manufacturers masts and joysticks.

The Vario 400 is a top of the range robust machine suited to larger vineyard operations. The Vario 400 cutting head can be extended for varying methods of pruning and extensions can be customised to suit all canopy types/heights. 

The KMS Pre-Pruner range is also available with a superior post detection system that works for all post types; wood, metal or plastic. With plant health in mind KMS have developed their “Exact-Disc” as the bottom cutting knife which provides a cleaner cut and improves the plant healing process.
