Freshfilter F33R System

The F33R is characterized by its unique design. The cover can be hinged on both the left and right sides.

The F33R has a very compact height (only 235 mm) and is therefore the ultimate roof unit. The Freshfilter F33R is a protective ventilation system designed for trucks and roof installations on (compact) excavators/shovels. On a truck, the F33R is installed using a brand-specific adapter in the escape hatch.

Safe and easy filter replacement
The UV-resistant ABS cover on the F33R can be easily opened thanks to the tilting system. With the assistance of a gas spring, the cover remains open, eliminating the need for disassembly when replacing the filters. This allows the technician to have their hands free to safely replace the filters on the roof of the vehicle/machine.

Any filter combination is possible
Despite the limited height of the F33R, the protective ventilation system accommodates any filter combination. The F33R can accommodate a P1, P3 combination along with a 10 kg activated carbon filter. This allows the protective ventilation system to be deployed even in the most demanding conditions.

Variable combination height
Fill frames or complete filter packages are a thing of the past with the F33R. Filters are tensioned using the included standard filter tensioners. The total filling height of the filter compartment is 150mm. However, any combination height of the Freshfilter filters can be tensioned.

No need to fully disassemble the cover!
Thanks to the gas spring on the ABS cover, the technician can easily replace filters. An additional advantage of this is that the risk of losing a cover is much smaller, as the cover no longer needs to be disassembled.

Fully automatic control
The F33R is equipped with automatic control. It is driven by the F4000 controller located inside the cabin. When the machine is started, the controller automatically activates. The pressure is promptly built up, ensuring immediate protection for the operator. If, for example, the positive pressure is insufficient, the controller will promptly issue a warning.
